Refund and cancellation policy

MDS Clinical Case Album has a free trial with every feature, so you can test it fully with your own photos and print shop before you pay. Please do this before buying, because a licence is a digital product delivered instantly.

When we refund in full

Charged twice for the same purchase: the extra payment is refunded.
No licence key received: if money was taken but no key appears on your account page or in your email within 24 hours, and we cannot provide one, the payment is refunded.
The app does not work on your computer: if you report it within 7 days of payment, the licence has not been used to export a PDF without the watermark, and we cannot fix the problem, the payment is refunded. Your computer must meet the requirements on the download page.

When we do not refund

After a licence key has been issued and used, except as above.
For a change of mind, or because the album is finished or no longer needed.
For print results that depend on the printer, paper, profile or print shop (see the disclaimer).
For a licence blocked because it was shared, published or bought fraudulently.
For the unused part of a year after you stop using the app.

Cancellation

There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. A licence simply ends after one year unless you renew it. You can stop using the app at any time; no cancellation is needed. To cancel a purchase before the key is issued, contact us straight away.

How to ask for a refund

Send a message from the contact page or on WhatsApp at +91 85474 11710, or email info@mdsphotoalbum.com with the email you bought with, the payment date, and the Razorpay payment ID if you have it. We reply within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made through Razorpay to the same card, UPI account or bank account used for the payment, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval, depending on your bank. When a refund is made, the licence key is blocked.

Delivery

The licence key is delivered digitally: on your account page as soon as the payment is confirmed, and by email. Nothing is shipped.
